Production process
According to customer's order requirements, choose the appropriate size of the mold.
Some oil seals used for construction machinery and equipment need to have strong high pressure resistance, so a metal skeleton is required as a support.
Cut rubber for use on the outside of the metal frame.
Materials such as rubber and metal skeleton are put into the mold and heated by the machine at high temperature to bond the rubber and metal skeleton together.
The finished oil seal has excess spilled rubber that needs to be cleaned, and the impurities are removed by the machine.
The oil seals are grouped for initial packing and shipped to the warehouse.
Pack and box according to the quantity of products ordered by customers.
All the packaged goods will be sent to the Courier company to start shipping, and the customer will receive the product a few days later.
