Customized rubber process
Generally, the ordering process for custom rubber products is as follows:
1. The customer provides us with samples, drawings, and/or dimensions of the parts, as well as requirements for material, color, and hardness.
2. KODA will provide a quote for the parts and charge a one-time setup fee (if applicable).
3. After the customer places an order, we will begin producing the first batch of samples.
4. Upon approval, we will begin production and ship according to the customer’s schedule.
