Metric O-rings
Metric O-rings in various sizes and materials

KODA offers a variety of metric O-rings in various materials and sizes. Metric O-rings are those whose dimensions are specified in millimeters, and they are typically used when the required size does not meet the AS568 standard. We can customize metric O-rings in different materials, hardnesses, and colors, and also maintain a large inventory – primarily black nitrile rubber (70 hardness) and fluororubber (75 hardness) models, which can meet most common sealing needs.
As a Chinese manufacturer, we supply a variety of metric O-rings and provide the following size chart for your reference.
British Standards Institution (BSI) O-ring Size Chart – BS 1806
BSI O-ring Size Chart – BS 4518
French Standards Institute (FSI) O-ring Size Chart
German Standards Institute (GSI) O-ring Size Chart
Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) O-ring Size Chart (P-series, G-series, S-series, V-series)
Swedish Mechanical Standards O-ring Size Chart
Metric O-rings correspond to multiple international standards. For a complete list of international O-ring standards, along with corresponding size tables and specification comparison tables, please visit our dedicated page on international O-ring size standards.
Metric O-ring tolerances:
Some of the standards mentioned in the text explicitly specify the tolerance range for the corresponding O-rings. However, apart from our AS568 size table, other size reference tables do not indicate tolerances—this is because different standard institutions have different tolerance requirements. If you want to check the tolerances of the O-rings we sell, just refer to the AS568 size table; for metric products, you can directly check the metric O-ring tolerance page.
