To meet the demands of rapid business growth, KODA has relocated to a larger, more modern factory. Alongside this relocation, we have also launched a core upgrade initiative – a comprehensive expansion of advanced production equipment and cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. Our customers’ stringent requirements for product quality are the core driving force behind our continuous improvement; the deployment of new equipment will further elevate the quality standards of KODA oil seals and O-rings to new heights. We understand that delivery efficiency is crucial, but speed will never come at the expense of quality. Currently, we have strictly controlled our order delivery error rate to below 1%, providing customers with a superior service experience through the dual guarantee of efficient delivery and excellent quality.
Inventory Management

At KODA, robust inventory capabilities are the core foundation of our efficient service. We have created specialized warehousing spaces tailored to the characteristics of various sealing components, enabling us to maintain large-volume, readily available stock of standard oil seals and O-rings, while also flexibly accommodating specialized storage for customized products. Leveraging our intelligent inventory management system, inventory data is updated in real time, significantly improving order response speed—meeting both the rapid delivery needs of regular customer orders and the efficient allocation for emergency replenishment scenarios. Stable and sufficient inventory, coupled with rigorous warehouse management processes, ensures that KODA consistently provides reliable supply capabilities, helping customers reduce costs and increase efficiency.

KODA’s sealing component production workshop boasts a stable daily production capacity of 1,000 pieces, crafted with precision engineering to ensure superior quality. The production process is rigorously controlled at every stage: first, materials are precisely measured and cut; then, they are placed in a heated mold, where a high-temperature, high-pressure environment promotes material curing. Every finished product undergoes 100% inspection before leaving the factory to ensure flawless materials and secure, clean joints. We continuously invest in capacity upgrades and automated equipment, leveraging large-scale production capabilities and stringent quality control standards to confidently meet growing market demands and consistently provide customers with stable and reliable sealing solutions.
